Serina Haddad, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, with over 14 years of teaching experience. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management Systems from the University of Central Florida and has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in business statistics, data analytics, management information systems, and operations management. She has received multiple teaching awards, including the prestigious Arthur Vining Davis Fellowship.
Her research focuses on applied business analytics, organizational systems development, and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). She has published widely and presented at national and international conferences.
Before academia, Serina held corporate roles in statistical quality control, customer relationship management, institutional development, and business process improvement. She also consults, trains, and develops digital content, collaborating with organizations such as Junior Achievement, USAID, and Pearson. She is the co-author of the 4th edition of Business Statistics published by Pearson Higher Education and a lead contributing author of its 3rd edition by R. Donnelly.
