Every Voice, One Vision: A Presidential Listening Tour
Shaping a shared vision for Rollins one conversation at a time
As Brooke Barnett began her presidency at Rollins College, she launched Every Voice, One Vision, a presidential listening tour designed to engage the entire Rollins community in shaping the College’s future.
Through Every Voice, One Vision, President Barnett gathered insights, ideas, and aspirations from every corner of the Rollins community, including faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, and friends.
The feedback collected through Every Voice, One Vision will help lay the foundation for a new strategic plan that will guide Rollins into its next era of excellence. Through town halls, small group discussions, and digital engagement, the initiative invited the community to help shape a bold and unified vision for the future of Rollins.
