Gatherings & Milestones

Carmen Gomez ’71 recently celebrated her 54th wedding anniversary with her husband, Juan. The couple is happily retired.

Bob Sullivan ’76 attended the premiere of A Great Awakening for which he supplied custom paper props through his business, Sullivan Press. Over the past 35 years, Sullivan Press has created specialty props for film, television, and Broadway productions, including the HBO series The Gilded Age.

Leah Nash ’00 marks her two-year anniversary as executive director of Timucua Arts Foundation.

Allison Vogt ’00 celebrates a full-circle moment as her daughter, Addison ’29, is now attending Rollins and plays for the women’s golf team under Coach Julie Garner—the same team and coach Allison played for as a student.

Making Moves

Allan E. Keen ’70 ’71MBA ’10H was named the 2026 James B. Greene Award recipient by the Orlando Economic Partnership, recognizing his lifelong commitment to advancing the Orlando region’s economic prosperity through visionary leadership, institution-building, and infrastructure advocacy.

Henry Schumann ’94MBA joined Blueberry Pediatrics as chief financial officer.

Robert “Bobby” Olszewski ’01MA, a former member of the Florida House of Representatives, released his book, Grand Slam Leadership, which applies lessons from baseball to leadership and long-term success. The book reached No. 1 in multiple Amazon categories and features endorsements from Hall of Famer Barry Larkin and MLB All-Stars Johnny Damon and A. J. Pierzynski.

Sarah Spurling ’12 earned her licensed clinical social worker credential and is now practicing psychotherapy in Springfield, Illinois.

Laura Alvarado ’18 began a new role as vice president on the Global Investment Research Management Team at Goldman Sachs. She has been with the firm since 2018.

Drawing on her MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and advanced degrees in literature and journalism, Jackie Stanchina ’22MBA launched Morse & Main, a Winter Park–based creative agency specializing in brand strategy and campaign development.
