Rollins has been named one of the best 400 colleges in the nation in the WSJ/College Pulse Ranking 2025, an annual roundup of the nation’s best colleges. This prestigious list is presented by The Wall Street Journal, College Pulse, and Statista, the leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
The rankings evaluate accredited undergraduate institutions by the value they provide to their students. This value is assessed based on the learning environment, diversity, degree completion rates, and the likelihood of higher salaries post-graduation. The ranking combines the student experience in the institution’s learning environment with an exhaustive analysis of student outcomes.
The results are derived from official data from the U.S. Department of Education and the Census Bureau, along with a nationwide survey of 110,000 undergraduates and recent undergraduate alumni who graduated within the past five years. The survey—one of the largest independent surveys of verified college students ever to be conducted in the U.S.—covered topics like career preparation, learning opportunities, character development, and campus life.
WSJ also released unique rankings that name the top colleges in a handful of additional categories, with Rollins ranking No. 52 out of 500 schools for Best Student Experience. This ranking reflects student satisfaction with campus facilities, diversity, and community and social life, including mental-health support, sustainability initiatives, and safety on campus.
The student experience ranking reflects Rollins’ commitment to giving our students the care and support they need to thrive in college and beyond. From juggling academics to maintaining mental health, Rollins offers a vast array of supportive programs and resources that target the many layers of a college education.
