The team in Student & Family Care assists students navigating college life with information and referrals to campus resources. The office strives to help students in the resolution of problems or concerns, and promotes initiatives that address students' care, needs, and wellbeing.

In an effort to provide collaborative care it is important that your student complete their Student & Family Data Form and Student Release of Information Form. In addition, to access your student's academic and financial information electronically, please have them complete the online registration process for our Parent Portal. Forms are available to students in MyRollins.

The Office of Accessibility Services ensures that students with disabilities have equal access to participate in and benefit from all curricular and co-curricular opportunities on Rollins' campus. With dietary sensitivities on the rise, Rollins Dining has expanded its alternative food options at all dining locations. Even beyond the Simple Servings station in the Marketplace, which offers full meals free from the eight main allergens, students can stop in retail locations across campus and find their favorites like dairy-free coffee creamers, gluten-free breads and pastries, vegan salad dressings, meatless burgers, and more.

Registrar

The Office of the Registrar assists students with registering for the courses they need to graduate. All students can access their course schedule through MyRollins. Schedule changes can be made by visiting the Registrar's office (located on Carnegie Hall's second floor) or by completing the Registration Help Request.

Student Account Services

Student Account Services provides students monthly online billing statements; financial & monthly payment plan counseling, receives payments for tuition, fees and miscellaneous campus charges; provides collection of delinquent accounts; delivers refunds and financial aid residuals after disbursement.

If you would like to receive the billing statement when Student Account Services sends them, your student must have added you as an authorized user to their billing account through FoxPay.
