Explore Rollins’ bachelor’s of interdisciplinary studies in leadership, which is built on the credits you’ve already earned and designed to equip you with the skills employers value most.

  • Build on Credits You’ve Already Earned

    Rollins’ interdisciplinary studies bachelor’s degree allows you to maximize the credit you’ve already earned. You’ll transfer in at least 60 credit hours from institutions that you’ve attended previously.

  • Introduction to the Liberal Arts

    Through interdisciplinary study and community engagement, this four-credit course helps new students develop the critical thinking skills central to an applied liberal arts education.

  • Interdisciplinary Studies Core Courses

    You’ll complete five courses in intercultural communication, lifelong learning, data literacy, ethical reasoning, and critical thinking and problem solving.

  • Leadership Core Courses

    You’ll complete five core leadership courses, including LDR 260 Foundations of Leadership, LDR 261 Leadership and Citizenship in Action, LDR300 Advocating for Change, LDR301 Being a Changemaker, and LDR395 Topics in Leadership.

  • Leadership Electives

    In collaboration with your academic advisor, you’ll choose three leadership electives, allowing you to concentrate in the areas of the field that align with your interests and career goals.

  • General Electives

    You’ll complete three general electives, giving you the flexibility to pursue interests beyond your leadership focus. Additional electives may also include study abroad and field study course credit.
