    In this keynote Nicole Cromartie, Director of Learning and Engagement at the Clyfford Still Museum presents the catalyst and supporting research for Clyfford Still, Art, and the Young Mind (2022), an exhibition co-curated by 250+ children and the inspiration for Symbolic Languages: Children's Understandings of the Collection, on view at Rollins Museum of Art through May 11, 2025.

  • The Road to ¡Printing the Revolution!

    Dr. Claudia Zapata, Associate Curator of Latino Art, Blanton Museum of Art

    The exhibition ¡Printing the Revolution! The Rise and Impact of Chicano Graphics, 1965 to Now, is a landmark research and acquisition effort to champion Chicano artists' contributions to graphic history. In this lecture, Dr. Zapata delves into the process of navigating activist collectors, artist networks, the new digital art chapter, and the shifting notions of the term “Chicano.”

    Join us in the lobby of The Alfond Inn in Winter Park for a 60-minute guided tour of selections from The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art, part of the Rollins Museum of Art permanent collection. Beverages are available for purchase before, during, and after the tour from the Hamilton’s Kitchen Bar and The Café.

    Pre-registration required. Registration opens two weeks prior to each event.

    Outdoor Sculpture Tour

    Enjoy the fresh Florida air as you explore seven outdoor sculptures from the Rollins Museum of Art collection. This 1.6-mile self-guided tour across the beautiful Rollins College campus begins at Rollins Museum Art's front steps and ends at The Alfond Inn.

    Ages 5-10 and Accompanying Adult Registration Required Join us for a memorable morning of art and exploration at the Rollins Museum of Art! Family Studio engages young children and their favorite adult in fun, interactive experiences inspired by our current exhibitions. Each program includes an exclusive tour, story time, and art activity.

    Join us for a FREE day of family fun at the Rollins Museum of Art! Engage with current exhibitions through art activities, performances, and docent-led exhibition highlights tours. These all-ages events take place both inside and outside of the museum and are open to the public.

    Art Explorers Club

    This free kids-only program introduces visitors ages 6-13 to a world full of art through creative missions inspired by pieces from our collection. Explorers collect prizes and stamps in their very own passport with each project-all while expanding their imagination and art research skills.
