Director, Rollins Museum of Art
Reporting directly to the President, with dotted line reporting to the Vice President for AcademicAffairs & Provost, the Director will have primary responsibility for managing staff, overseeing the Museum’s annual $3.1M budget, establishing a strategy and a consistent exhibition schedule, conserving and displaying the permanent collection, and coordinating external and internal speakers and events, as well as overseeing all educational programming, in collaboration with the Curator and Curator of Education.

Visitor Services Associate II
The Rollins Museum of Art is seeking a Visitor Services Associate II to join our team! The primary functions of this position include helping to maintain the overall operation of the front desk while working to ensure a quality experience for all museum visitors and callers.
Fellowships & Work-Study
RMA is dedicated to providing professional opportunities for students interested in future careers in the museum field. Our fellows work collaboratively with museum staff across departments, gaining firsthand experience in the development of programs, exhibitions, tours, and other projects.
The Fred W. Hicks Curatorial Fellowship
Full academic year | $2400 stipend
The Fred W. Hicks Curatorial Fellowship provides one Rollins student in their junior or senior year in-depth training in curating exhibitions within art museums. The fellow works with education and curatorial staff updating object files, assisting with writing didactic labels for pieces on view at RMA and the Alfond Inn, scripting audio guides, and giving public tours, culminating in a year-end public capstone exhibition.

The Romano and Mariolina Salvatori Interpretive Fellowship
Full academic year | $2400 stipend
The Romano and Mariolina Salvatori Interpretive Fellowship is open to undergraduates entering their junior or senior year and graduate students enrolled at Rollins College, the University of Central Florida, or Valencia College. The fellow works with education department staff on K12 and family programs, assisting with school group visits, teacher workshops, museum family days, and public tours. The fellowship concludes with an end-of-year capstone project based on the museum's needs and the fellow's specific area of interest.

Volunteer
Docent Program
Rollins Museum of Art Docents presents public tours and school programs and can opt to be involved in organizing, preparing, and supervising hands-on, creative activities for children and their families throughout the year.
