75% of the Rollins Museum of Art collection has been donated by generous individuals and families. We are grateful for this longstanding philanthropic custom and welcome you to carry on this tradition. If you are an artist, collector, or dealer with tangible personal property of artwork, books, jewelry, antiques, or similar items that you would like to donate to the Museum, please follow the guidelines below.
NOTE: Deliveries of artwork WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED without receipt of a proposal and approval by the curatorial department.
Submitting a Proposal
Proposals are accepted by mail or email. Please provide a Letter of Intent for your gift including the following:
Your information

✅ Address
✅ Email
✅ Phone
✅ Fax (if applicable)
✅ Whether this is a future gift (such as a bequest)
Artwork information
✅ Artists’ Name
✅ Full title of work
✅ Edition (for prints)
✅ Medium
✅ Dimensions
✅ Digital images of the work at least 72 dpi (jpeg, tiff, etc.)
✅ Artist information ( biography, curriculum vitae, artist’s statement)
✅ Purchase and past ownership (provenance)
