    Journey through the Andes to witness the entire coffee-making process—from harvesting coffee beans to roasting and tasting freshly brewed coffee, the Colombian way. You'll gain insight into sustainable farming, fair trade, and Colombia’s rich coffee heritage. Plus, explore charming towns, savor authentic cuisine, and dive into the region’s vibrant traditions.

    France: Global Citizenship

    Build foundational knowledge of French culture and the contemporary French context while based in Aix-en-Provence. Visits to nearby cities like Marseille, Cassis and Avignon will introduce you to the region of Provence and its interconnections with the broader Mediterranean region. Activities include an introduction to the business of wine, connections with local French University students, French survival language classes, and more.

    Ireland: Communication, Culture, and Conflict

    Gain a new perspective on communication differences across global communities while exploring the history of religious discrimination in Northern Ireland and its current impact on the region. You’ll visit museums and monuments throughout the country to explore Irish protest art and music, and examine the efforts of the country to become more environmentally conscious with visits to Belfast and the Ballymoney area.

    Immerse yourself in London’s rich history and contemporary art through museum tours, dance performances, improv performances, and attending the best theatre in the world.
