Rollins 2024 grads achieving immediate success

Rollins grads launch their meaningful lives and productive careers with a significant advantage. For proof, look no further than the success of Rollins’ graduating class of 2024. Each year, Rollins’ Center for Career and Life Planning tracks the accomplishments of our graduating seniors as they embark on their first careers, enroll in graduate school, or participate in prestigious service.

This First Destination Report on the Class of 2024 is based on 96 percent of College of Liberal Arts graduates. Data is collected up to six months after graduation from sources that include student surveys, the National Student Clearinghouse, and LinkedIn.

Class of 2024 Outcomes By the Numbers

  • 89%

    were employed, continuing their education, or engaged in volunteer of military service.

  • $55K

    Average annual salary was $55,000 and more than half of grads were earning $50,000 or more.

  • 93%

    said their Rollins education was helpful or very helpful in pursuit of a productive career. Excludes students who had not formed an opinion.

  • 23%

    pursuing master’s, doctoral, or professional degree.
