Master of Human Resources Curriculum
An applied business program rooted in the liberal arts
The 40-hour, cohort-based Master of Human Resources program is designed for both experienced HR professionals—including trainers, recruiters, consultants, and analysts—as well as early career HR professionals. Cohorts move through the program in lockstep, meaning everyone on the full-time track takes the same courses during the semester.
Bottom line: At Rollins, you’ll develop the strategies for establishing relationships, analyzing problems, recommending solutions, and evaluating effectiveness that will uniquely prepare you for post-graduation success.
Rollins’ MHR program is one of only 200 in the nation that adheres to curriculum approved by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In addition to integrating business skills, HR principles, and timely HR issues, SHRM curriculum guidelines are supported by AACSB International, the accrediting body for business schools.
